Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative – Fashion. You will manage incoming messages and inquiries, assess customer needs, provide accurate information, handle complaints with timely solutions, keep interaction records, follow policies, and escalate complex cases. Requirements: Higher National Diploma, minimum 3 years customer service experience (call center preferred), excellent communication, presentation, listening and empathy, strong analytical and multitasking skills, basic computer proficiency, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to relocate to Lagos. Salary: ₦100,00/month. Familiarity with our services and dedication to customer satisfaction required.
