Job Description
We are hiring a Key Account Specialist at SPEEDAF EXPRESS in Berger, Lagos. Full-time contract (6 months) with pay ₦100,00–₦150,00/month. You will manage and support high‑value corporate clients to ensure service excellence and account retention. Key duties: manage assigned key accounts and client relationships; act as primary contact for issues and escalations; monitor shipments, close service gaps and ensure SLA compliance; deliver regular client and management reports. Requirements: 1–2 years CSR experience in logistics or related industry, proven experience with corporate/key accounts, and strong client relationship and coordination skills. Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
