Job Description
Location: Agidingbi, Lagos. Full-time. We are seeking a disciplined, people-oriented Recovery Officer to support loan recovery operations: monitor overdue accounts, contact customers by phone and conduct field follow-ups, negotiate realistic repayment plans, document interactions, and consistently pursue settlements to meet targets with minimal supervision. Minimum First School Leaving Certificate; prior recovery or field experience is an advantage. Must have strong communication, basic numeracy, familiarity with simple digital tools, honesty, firmness, and respect when handling difficult conversations. Salary: ₦90,00–₦130,00 per month.
