Job Description
Full-time, permanent role. Pay: ₦60,00–₦80,00 per month. The Hotel Manager oversees daily operations: greeting and registering guests; inspecting grounds, public areas, and rooms for cleanliness and appearance; enforcing standards for housekeeping, décor, and guest services; answering guest inquiries and managing hotel financials. You will recruit, train, and, when necessary, terminate staff; monitor performance to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction; coordinate front- and back-office activities and resolve issues; and set budgets and room rates while approving departmental expenditures.
