Job Description
DCSL Corporate Services Ltd seeks an experienced Registrar to lead regulatory and institutional management. Candidates must hold a good first degree (advanced degree preferred), professional membership in governance/administration/law/management, and at least 15 years’ relevant experience including 5 years in senior management. The role requires proven regulatory administration skills, strong corporate governance and compliance knowledge (including CAMA 2020 and the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance), strategic leadership, CPD coordination, board advisory, stakeholder engagement, and high integrity.
