Job Description
We are hiring a Frozen Food Supervisor to oversee frozen goods operations, ensure product quality and safety, manage inventory and temperature controls, supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, coordinate with procurement and logistics, maintain records, and improve operational efficiency. Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience in frozen food or cold storage, proven leadership, knowledge of HACCP and food-safety regulations, basic computer skills, forklift certification preferred, and ability to work flexible shifts.
