Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Officer to maintain accurate financial records and support our accounting team. Responsibilities include recording daily transactions, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices and receipts, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing basic financial reports, and assisting with payroll and tax documentation. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero and Excel, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and good communication skills.
