Job Description
We are hiring a Phlebotomist / Patient Service Representative to collect blood specimens and provide front-line patient support. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture and capillary draws, labeling and preparing specimens, verifying patient identity, scheduling appointments, processing orders and insurance information, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal and computer skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of infection control and HIPAA privacy practices.
