Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform clinical laboratory testing, analyze specimens, maintain equipment, and ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include conducting hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and molecular assays; recording and interpreting results; troubleshooting instruments; and collaborating with clinical teams. Required: bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field, MLS/MT certification (ASCP or equivalent), 1+ year clinical lab experience preferred, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with laboratory information systems.
