Job Description
Lead and grow our mental health services as Program Director, overseeing clinical programs, staff supervision, quality assurance, budgets, and community partnerships. You will set strategic direction, ensure evidence-based and trauma-informed care, monitor outcomes, and manage grants and compliance. Qualifications: Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, psychiatry, or related field; 7+ years in program management; clinical licensure preferred. Strong leadership, budgeting, data-driven evaluation, and excellent communication skills required. Passion for equitable, person-centered care and ability to build collaborative networks are essential.
