Job Description
Excellent Spirit Tutors seeks a Contract Technical Support Specialist (1 month) to provide hands-on IT support. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, chat, or in person; install, configure, and update systems; document tickets; escalate complex problems; and follow security policies. Required skills: problem-solving, strong customer service and communication, knowledge of Windows and Zoom, basic networking (Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN), and hardware/software familiarity. Work environments include corporate IT, schools, tech companies, call centers, and remote/hybrid roles. Goal: minimize downtime, ensure efficient technology use, and deliver a positive support experience. Pay: ₦50.00–₦60.00 per month.
