Job Description
We are seeking a First Level Technical Support specialist to provide friendly, first-contact assistance for customers and internal users. Responsibilities include answering phone and email inquiries, diagnosing common hardware and software issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions, escalating complex problems to higher support tiers, and maintaining accurate ticket records. Candidates should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, or common mobile OS, familiarity with networking fundamentals, patience, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior helpdesk or call-center experience preferred.
