Job Description
The IT Support Officer provides technical assistance to users, maintains hardware and software, troubleshoots network and connectivity issues, and documents incidents. Responsibilities include installing and upgrading systems, managing user accounts, performing backups, and coordinating with vendors. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent IT experience, 1–3 years in technical support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with Windows, macOS, common office software, basic networking, and helpdesk tools. Must be customer-focused, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification is a plus.
