Job Description
The Customer Care Officer will deliver exceptional service by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, social media, or in person. Responsibilities include resolving and escalating issues, maintaining customer records, following up, reporting recurring problems, and supporting sales or retention efforts. Requirements: SSCE/OND/HND/Bachelor’s, customer service or call center experience preferred, excellent verbal and written communication, strong listening and problem-solving skills, and basic MS Office/CRM proficiency. Skills: customer-focused mindset, patience, empathy, time management, attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette. Office-based or call center environment. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From ₦50,00.00 per month.
