Job Description
We seek a skilled Local Cuisine Cook for Cubic Consulting in Victoria Island. Full-time, Mon–Sun shifts. Prepare Nigerian specialties (isi ewu, nkwobi, abacha) and finger foods (peppered chicken with chips, peppered snail), ensuring taste, portion control, hygiene, and presentation. Handle ingredient prep to plating, monitor stock, store ingredients properly, assist menu planning, and meet service timelines. Candidates must have proven experience in Nigerian local cuisine, strong food safety knowledge, ability to work independently under pressure, good time-management, and physical stamina. Culinary training and restaurant or catering experience preferred. Salary: ₦250,00/month.
