Job Description
Skyrock Hotels seeks an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen, design menus, and prepare high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up equipment, delegating to kitchen staff, ensuring timely service and appealing plating, supervising cooks, managing inventory and orders, checking food freshness, experimenting with recipes, and enforcing sanitation and safety regulations. Candidates should have proven chef experience, hands-on use of kitchen equipment, advanced culinary and pastry techniques, strong leadership and time-management skills, and up-to-date cooking knowledge. Culinary school diploma preferred. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month.
