Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineering Graduate Trainee to join our engineering team. The role includes assisting with design and drafting, site supervision, preparing reports, performing calculations, and supporting project coordination under senior engineers. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, possess strong CAD and MS Office skills, basic knowledge of structural and geotechnical principles, good communication, and a willingness to learn. This trainee program provides on-the-job training, mentorship, rotational assignments, and exposure to real projects to develop technical and professional competencies.
