Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Control Officer responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls to protect company assets, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. Key duties include performing risk assessments, testing controls, coordinating internal audits, drafting policies, and reporting findings to management. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 2+ years in internal control or audit; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity. Knowledge of SOX, risk frameworks, and ERP systems is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
