Job Description
The Customer Experience Officer will enhance the customer journey by developing and executing CX strategies, monitoring feedback and complaints, collaborating across teams to resolve issues, analyzing data to identify trends, and managing loyalty programs. Full-time; salary ₦100,00 per month. Required: minimum 1 year customer support experience. Key responsibilities include strategy development, reporting on CX KPIs, and using customer service tools.
