Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources and Administrative Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR records. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining personnel files, preparing HR reports, administering payroll support, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also supports office administration: vendor coordination, facilities management, scheduling, and general office operations. Ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office. Prior HR experience and an associate degree or higher preferred. This position reports to HR Manager and collaborates with all departments to promote a positive work environment.
