Job Description
We are hiring a courteous, customer-focused Customer Service Representative for SRS Collection to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product and service information. You will respond via phone, email, chat, or in person; maintain records; follow up on issues; and escalate complex cases. Requirements: BSc in a related field, prior customer service experience preferred, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, ability to work independently and in teams, and basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
