Job Description
We are seeking a Merchandising & Planning Manager to lead assortment strategy, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and vendor negotiations. You will analyze sales data, set pricing and margin targets, coordinate seasonal launches, and collaborate with buying, marketing, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail merchandising or planning, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and planning tool experience, proven leadership, and a degree in business or related field. Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and drive profitable growth is essential.
