Job Description
The Factory Ng seeks a friendly, empathetic Customer Service Representative to represent our skincare and beauty brand. You will manage customer inquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media; handle order status, modifications, cancellations, and special requests; provide product recommendations and skincare guidance; resolve complaints professionally; and maintain accurate CRM records. Candidates should hold a BSc in a related field, have 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of skincare products, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English (other languages a plus).
