Job Description
Chow Buddies Limited seeks a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Manager in Abuja. You will manage daily schedules, calls, emails, travel arrangements, reports, and filing (physical and electronic); prepare meeting minutes and presentations; follow up on tasks; and assist with office administration and special projects. Candidates must hold OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field, have proven PA/Executive Assistant experience, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, discretion with confidential information, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and own a laptop. Preferred: experience supporting senior management and basic accounting knowledge. Full-time position. Salary: ₦100,00/month.
