Job Description

OnePort 365 seeks a results-driven Head of Sales – West Africa to lead revenue growth across English- and French-speaking markets. Set targets, build partnerships, drive pipeline, negotiate major contracts, and scale with marketing and operations. Requirements: 7+ years in sales leadership with proven West Africa growth, strong network, English fluency (French or Portuguese preferred), excellent negotiation, analytical and people-management skills, willingness to travel. Bachelor’s in business; startup or tech experience a plus.
