Job Description
RA Think Design seeks a skilled Furniture Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations, meet production targets, enforce safety, train staff, maintain equipment, and drive process improvements. Candidates must have 10 years’ experience in the furniture industry, familiarity with manufacturing machinery, HND/Diploma in a technical or engineering field, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD and CNC is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office required. This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of ₦300,00–₦350,00.
