Job Description
Proten International seeks a Business Development Officer to identify new projects, develop client relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors, prepare proposals and bids, conduct market research, and support internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in business development or sales (construction/engineering preferred), strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, a good understanding of tendering processes, and the ability to work independently to meet targets. Full-time position. Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
