Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage customer engagement, drive in-store and online sales, respond to phone/chat/social media inquiries, create sales-driven content, and maintain brand accounts. Requirements: excellent written and verbal communication, strong customer service orientation, professional demeanor, ability to grow social media engagement, minimum WAEC/Diploma, and residence in or near Ikeja. Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja. Pay: ₦60,00–₦80,00 monthly. Job type: Full-time.
