Responsibilities: answer inquiries; manage orders, subscriptions, and shipping; resolve issues with empathy; maintain brand tone. Requirements: excellent written English, attention to detail, reliable laptop & Wi‑Fi, ability to work independently, openness to AI tools; customer service experience a plus. Full-time.
