Job Description
The Patrol Supervisor at Hogan Guards leads mobile patrols, coordinates deployments across client sites, conducts routine and surprise patrols, responds to alarms, and ensures accurate incident and patrol reporting. You will supervise guards, enforce SOPs, liaise with the control room, and maintain vehicles and equipment. Requirements: B.Sc. or HND, patrol/supervision experience, motorbike riding ability, local route knowledge, physical fitness for flexible shifts (including weekends), strong communication, discipline, integrity. Security or law enforcement certifications are a plus. Full-time, on-site.
