Job Description
Scimitar Global Services Limited seeks a full-time Call Center Officer to contact customers about overdue loans, inform balances, advise approved payment channels, negotiate payment plans, record commitments in CRM, issue final notices, and apply CSP behaviors to secure collections and upsell. Responsibilities include verifying customer data, listening to customers to assess collectability, suggesting payment methods, and performing reasonable tasks assigned by Call Center Management. Requirements: NCE/ND/BSc or equivalent, minimum 1 year experience, immediate availability preferred. Proximity to Ikeja and Hausa language proficiency are advantages. Compensation: ₦70,00–₦100,00/month (basic + commission).
