Job Description
Workforce Group seeks an FTTH Field Compliance Specialist for the Service Fulfillment – Fiber Broadband (FTTH) team. Reporting to the Manager, Service Fulfillment, this full-time role (₦250,00/month) involves conducting field audits to verify installation quality and compliance, supervising vendors and technicians, providing real-time technical support for activations, and tracking corrective actions. You will submit daily/weekly compliance audit reports, maintain rework logs, report weekly field trends, and recommend standard operating procedures (SOP) and vendor training improvements.
