Job Description
Join us as a Human Resource Analyst supporting recruitment and the full employee lifecycle. You will collect and analyze HR data, prepare regular reports on turnover, headcount, and compensation, maintain HRIS accuracy, and support policy compliance. Collaborate with HR business partners to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and create dashboards to guide workforce decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; 2+ years in HR analytics or similar; strong Excel and data visualization skills; experience with HRIS; excellent communication and confidentiality. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset are required.
