Job Description
Stratify Consults seeks a Facilities Supervisor (Site Supervisor & Facility Manager) for Sapphire Garden, Lekki‑Epe Expressway, Awoyaya. Full-time role overseeing daily construction and event setups, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance; coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal teams; managing site utilities (power, water, security) to keep venues event-ready; handling logistics for equipment, materials, and personnel; supervising setup, execution, and teardown; enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance; reporting site status and documenting issues. Candidates must hold BSc/HND/OND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture, have site supervision experience, and possess strong communication, coordination, and supervisory skills.
