Job Description

We are hiring a Telesales Team Lead to manage and motivate a high-performing outbound sales team. You will set targets, coach reps, monitor KPIs, optimize scripts, and report results. Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive revenue and improve conversion rates. Requirements: 3+ years in telesales, 1+ year leading teams, excellent communication, coaching skills, CRM experience, and a results-driven mindset. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
