Job Description

The Office Operations & Commercial Coordinator will manage daily office functions and support commercial activities to keep operations efficient. Responsibilities include coordinating facilities and vendors, handling administrative tasks, processing invoices and purchase orders, assisting the sales team with quotes and contract preparation, maintaining records and reports, and improving office workflows. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Candidates with 2+ years of administrative or commercial support experience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-service mindset are encouraged to apply.
