Job Description

We are hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and strong client communication across projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, monitoring SLAs, managing tickets, escalating issues, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements: 2+ years in service operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, experience with ticketing systems and MS Excel; bachelor’s degree preferred.
