Job Description
Join our legal team as Corporate Counsel, Contracts & Vendor Management. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, master services agreements, and vendor agreements; manage vendor relationships and contract lifecycle; identify legal and commercial risks; and advise cross-functional teams on compliance and procurement strategies. Requirements: JD and active bar license, 5+ years’ experience in corporate contracting and vendor management, strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience with technology or procurement-heavy companies.
