Job Description
THCO Outsource seeks an HR Generalist based in Ibadan & Oyo State (Full Time). You will manage recruitment and onboarding, support employee relations and performance management, administer HR policies and compliance, coordinate training and wellness initiatives, and assist payroll, leave management, and HR reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 2–4 years of HR generalist experience; strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
