Job Description
We seek a Senior Research Associate to design and lead applied research projects, oversee data collection, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and prepare reports and manuscripts. The role will manage research timelines, supervise junior staff, ensure protocol compliance, and collaborate across departments. Requirements: Master’s degree in a related field (PhD preferred), 5+ years of research experience, proficiency in R/Python/STATA, strong statistical and writing skills, and proven project management. Grant writing and publication record are a plus.
