Job Description
IRecruiters Africa seeks an organized Operations Associate for an event management company in Ogba, Lagos. Base pay N150,00 monthly net plus benefits. Responsibilities: support daily operations, coordinate internal teams and vendors, manage inventory and procurement tracking, monitor performance metrics, maintain accurate records and databases, assist budget tracking and compliance, handle operational issues, and recommend process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field; 1–3 years’ operations experience; strong organizational, analytical, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
