Job Description
Lead and oversee Greek yogurt production with primary responsibility for health and safety compliance. Manage daily operations, optimize yields, enforce GMPs and HACCP, coordinate sanitation, PPE, training, emergency response, and incident investigations. Collaborate with QA and maintenance to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
Require 5+ years dairy or food manufacturing experience, proven leadership in safety programs, knowledge of FDA/FSIS regulations, HACCP certification preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
