Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales. You will manage social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid ads, and content strategy while analyzing performance with Google Analytics and reporting on KPIs. Collaborate with design and sales to improve conversion rates, A/B test campaigns, and maintain brand voice. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Google Ads, social platforms, SEO tools, and marketing automation.
