Job Description
Fresh3go FoodsEnterprises seeks a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, performance reviews, payroll data support, and staff welfare. You will ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws, handle grievances and conflict resolution, and assist management with HR reporting and workforce planning. Candidates should have an HND or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, at least 2 years’ HR or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, or food service a plus), strong communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
