Job Description
Luxurypac in Mushin, Lagos seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative. Candidates must be 26+, with at least 2 years in customer service or sales, excellent communication and customer-handling skills, strong CRM ability, disciplined, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolve issues promptly, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and maintain accurate customer records.
