Job Description
We are hiring a Fiber Backhaul Engineer to design, install, and maintain fiber-optic backhaul networks that support mobile and fixed services.
Responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting fiber links (OTDR), overseeing splicing, configuring DWDM/ROADM and IP/MPLS equipment, coordinating field crews, ensuring SLA compliance, and documenting work.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Telecommunications or equivalent, 3+ years of fiber backhaul experience, proficiency with OTDR and splicing, DWDM knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
