Job Description
We seek an experienced Estate Surveyor to manage property valuations, land surveys, and lease negotiations for residential and commercial assets. You will inspect sites, prepare reports, and advise on property development and compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field; 2+ years of field experience; proficiency with GIS, AutoCAD, and valuation methods; strong communication and analytical skills.
