Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for construction projects. You will prepare bills of quantities, conduct cost control, evaluate variations, and collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field; 3+ years’ experience; proficiency in cost-management software and MS Office; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with contract law and construction standards preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
