Job Description

UDO Group seeks an experienced Head of Recovery to lead debt recovery operations. You will design and execute recovery strategies, manage a team, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, coordinate litigation with counsel, analyze recovery data, and maintain external agency relationships. Requirements: bachelor’s in Law, Finance, or Business Administration; 5+ years in debt recovery with 2+ years in leadership; proven results and legal recovery experience. Full-time.
