Job Description
ipNX Nig Ltd is hiring a Contact Center Agent in Lagos. Salary: ₦115,00/month. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats; provide product and technical support; resolve complaints; process service and billing requests; document interactions in the CRM; escalate complex issues; and meet performance and quality targets while participating in ongoing training. Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s degree, one year contact center or customer service experience preferred, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving, multitasking ability, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
